Who We Are?
Guardian Angel Home Health, Inc. is a not-for-profit home health agency established with the goal of providing exemplary home health care for seniors, children, and persons with physical and functional disabilities who need assistance with activities and instrumental activities of daily living.
The agency’s goal is to support and advocate for the members of the community by delivering health services to improve the lives of the general population. It also strives to provide educational and preventative services to the community and clients in general. It collaborates with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to develop a plan of care that addresses their healthcare goals. The agency is managed by nurses who have varying years of homecare experience.
The nurses work with the client and their families to develop a care plan that is easily understood by every member of the care team to ensure the safety of the client.
